About

Our owner and lead consultant Michael Purtell has over 20 years experience in Community Development and an extensive background in municipal planning, zoning, building & code, Michael is also a licensed Illinois real estate broker and offers a deep understanding of the local commercial real estate market along with a wide range of knowledge in land use and local development/government.
Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Community and Regional Planning as well as a Master’s Degree in Community Development from Iowa State University and a certificate in Grant Writing from University of South Carolina.
